Can I have emojis on my bottle ?

 

No. Emojis are not a form of text therefore cannot be used in personalization. We can only do simple text based emoticons. For example :) or <3

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

 

All our orders are custom, please allow 1-2 weeks for fulfilment. When an order gets shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email provided.

Can I use accent marks or other special characters in my personalization ?

Currently Futura is the only font we offer that supports accent marks and special characters. If you want accent marks to appear on your bottle make sure you choose Futura. If you pick an unsupported font any accent marks you use will not appear on your bottle.

Do you ship/take orders outside the United States ?

​

No. We only accept and ship orders within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Part of my order is missing/I was sent the wrong items.

 

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct this.

Can you customize the color of the personalization ?

 

No. All of our products are laser etched. The lasers we use are cutting through the paint, or top layer, to reveal what is underneath. Our bottles will always show silver because the paint is being burned off to reveal the stainless steel the bottle is made of.

Do you offer custom bulk orders for organizations/events ?

 

Yes! For bulk pricing, please call Zag Fundraising at 480-338-9828.

An item in my order has the wrong spelling/logo or is damaged.

 

Double check your email receipt that you spelled everything correctly and picked the correct logo code. Then contact us for a replacement. Please send pictures of the mistake or damage for verification.

What is your return policy ?

 

Items may be returned for exchange within 7 days.

Are your bottles dishwasher safe ?

 

We recommend hand wash only. The heat from the dishwasher can damage or discolor the paint.
